Congratulations to Prof Margaret Baird who has received the Derrick Rowley Medal for service to the Australasian Society of Immunology. The Derrick Rowley Medal has been awarded since 2005 to individuals who have given outstanding service to the ASI and the Discipline of Immunology over many years. Congratulations to Elliott Dunn, who won the Baxter Healthcare Young Investigator Award at the New Zealand Society for Gastroenterology meeting. Elliott is an M.Sc. student in Ros Kemp's lab and presented his research on "T cell distribution in gastrointestinal inflammatory disorders".
